30-Day Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• —Unused and in their original condition
• —In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation
• —Not showing any signs of installation or use

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@saundersandsmalls.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within one business day with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

• —Car seats that have been involved in an accident or show signs of impact
• —Items that have been installed and used in a vehicle
• —Nappies, hygiene products, or opened consumables for hygiene reasons
• —Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange a free collection and send a replacement or issue a full refund including original shipping costs.
